The booking will be secured when the deposit has been banked successfully. This will be confirmed in writing. If the holiday is within 6 weeks of booking the full price must be paid.

Full and final payment of the balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date. The onus will be on the holidaymaker to make payment as we do not send out reminders. Failure to pay the balance will constitute a cancellation of the holiday, and the deposit is forfeit.

Should the holidaymaker cancel the holiday, no moneys will be returned, therefore it is the holidaymaker’s responsibility to be independently and adequately insured.

The property shall be vacated by 12.00 noon and may be ready for occupation by 5.00 pm. High season bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Out of season, long weekend breaks or mid week breaks, arrival and departure can be agreed by prior discussion.

The property should be left clean and tidy with no breakages. In this respect we ask no deposit but reserve the right to make additional charges if found otherwise. Please respect our non-smoking policy.

Maximum occupancy is 2 adults, due to the nature of the property we cannot accommodate children or pets.

Included in the price is the cost of all electricity, heating, bed linen and towels. Excessive use of electricity (e.g. holidaymakers own heaters etc) will be charged accordingly.
