Set back from a quiet lane, with ample private parking and garden. The cottage is accessed via 2 steps or nearby ramp with level concrete path to three sides with ramp to private front garden. Garden furniture and chimnea B.B.Q. are provided for holidaymaker’s exclusive use. This is the rear of the property, with beautiful garden areas next to the driveway and guests' parking.

All rooms are on ground level. Access from parking your area is into this galley style modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.

Appliances include microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and electric cooker.

There is a double bedroom (with continental quilt) to the left of the kitchen as you come in through the door, made ready for guest’s arrival, with wardrobe, chest of drawers and alarm clock radio; or straight through to studio style lounge/dining area. This is a comfortable seating area with wicker furniture, combination colour T.V. with video and DVD/CD, large scenic window and patio door leading to private front garden and outside seating area, offering fine views of the snowdonia mountain ranges, as well as our more local slopes of Yr Eifl and Garn Saethon right outside the door.

To the right of the lounge a spacious shower room, wash-basin and toilet with shaver point and storage cupboard. Designed specifically for easy access for those in wheelchairs.

This modern extension benefits from UPVC double glazing and is well insulated.

During the winter months, the cottage has the benefit of thermostatically controlled under floor central heating in all areas. An electric oil radiator and electric fan heater are also provided for holidaymaker’s use as needed.

Included in the price are all electricity, bed linen and towels.
